This location at HUMA 11 was the first Fladerei set inside of a shopping center, posing new challenges and inteplmenting new solutions to maintain the Fladerei flair. Fladerei's locale design centers around the neopolitaon oven as the focal point in every one of its locations. Sticking out from behind the bar and uniquely decorated, it acts as its own advertisement for the restaurant. The rest of the space space adopts a comfortable student living room feel, with second-hand furniture, warm wood tones, and soft indirect lighting on textured brick walls.
