The project is located near Monte Laa Park and above the A23 highway in Vienna. It consists of a base, a central tower section, and a tower crown, with the base serving for commercial and parking purposes, and the row housing transformed into residential units. The building is distinguished by its green facades adorned with lush vegetation and planters on maintenance walkways, creating a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing green environment. The facade is structured by a geometric grid of fields, circles, and arches, resulting in an aesthetic composition. The material palette includes masonry, concrete, glass, and aluminum cladding, which vary depending on the usage.
