This project consists of three buildings with a total of 127 apartments. Although the apartments are small-scale, (75% 1-Bedroom) every apartment has a terrace, balcony and/or bay window. These associated protrusions from the facade are of varying depths and arranged in a way that they lie in the foreground, and the irregular window openings fall into the background, creating a balanced composition.
