Four staggered building structures with east-west orientation were aligned to the existing area plot. The types of apartments are two distinguished categories: "young adult living" (a maximum of 60 m²) and "family living" (a maximum of 85 m²). Every apartment is furnished with a private exterior space (balcony, garden, etc). The first underground level provides a parking garage for 120 cars.
